I’m not sure you’d would run with this one since it’s untested, but I’ve always wanted to give this one a try.
Plan a horrible fund-raising activity that’s complex, time consuming and just plain dumb and tell your congregation/youth group/tennis club/etc that they have to be involved unless donate $10.00. ;-]
I think you’d be surprised how many people would pony up $10 just to get out of it. It sure beats delivering phone books (for example) 8-p
