The problem is that someone seeking more knowledge looking upon it might be turned away. I don’t think its funny at all.

Hi, Christopher -
No one with a mind who uses it would think that Landover Baptist is, by ANY stretch of the imagination, something to look upon for knowledge. . .it’s satire at best – at worst, it is pretty sickening on some level. When I first read a post of theirs, I thought it was real. Then I went to their site and realized it was satirical.
Later, when another one from their site came, I had forgotten that they were a satirical site, and lambasted them, not thinking.
Well, now there’s a site dedicated to stopping Landover Baptist: http://objective.jesussave.us/shutdown.html
They want to shut it down, all the while forgetting that one little clause in the US Constitution that gives us, as Americans, freedom of speech.
We can no more shut down the Landover Baptist site than we can stop people from breathing.
God bless,
