Note: this FAQ is the product of many years of ongoing (though intermittent) discussions by/among the regulars here. It is a composite effort. No-one is the 'charter-keeper' (it is simply mirrored on the John Mark Ministries website for convenience)... (Any of the regulars here might post this link to the FAQ sometime near the beginning of each month). And... wait for it... no one 'enforces' it (despite wild and weird conspiracy theories you will read on this newsgroup from time to time, mostly promulgated by people who are not Australians... now figure that out :-) There is no 'leader' here: ARC is an unmoderated newsgroup, though we have agreed to employ a retro-moderation policy if we can find someone with the facilities and expertise to operate it. The idea of retro-moderation is to discourage people posting to this newsgroup about matters not directly relating to Australians or Christianity as it relates to Australia. (That is still happening from outside Australia, unfortunately). Anyone may post here, whatever their theological beliefs. So are atheists welcome?
