Would recommend "The Marriage Course" highly - in book form and video (7 Sessions). Every aspect of marriage covered expertly by Nick and Sila Lee of the "Alpha" Church (Holy Trinity, Brompton, UK)

We've found it to be good material for marrieds - of all ages.
