1. A tendency to think and act spontaneously leaving all their fears behind.

2. A remarkable ability to enjoy each moment.

3. A loss of interest in judging other people.

4. A loss of interest in conflict.

5. A loss of the ability to worry.

6. Frequent, episodes of appreciation.

7. Contented feelings of being connected with others and nature.

8. Frequent attacks of smiling.

9. A tendency to look for the good in all.

10. An increased ability to love others.
