(The book’s subtitle is How Covenant Friendships Can Help Pastors Thrive.) Those who want a more intense accountability type group, might have a look, for example, at the kind of group Ken Blanchard describes in his recent book Lead Like Jesus : Lessons from the Greatest Leadership Role Model of All Time
