Computer TIP Copy and Move Word Text with F2 One way to move or copy a block of text in Word is to use the F2 key after you select the block. This can be very handy, but it works best if you are copying or cutting and pasting immediately. If you need to copy, work, and then paste later, use Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V. Otherwise the F2 key works like this: 1. Select a block of text. 2. Press the F2 key. 3. Notice how the status bar says, "Move to where?" 4. Move the toothpick cursor to where you want to paste the text. 5. Press Enter to paste the text. 6. To copy a block instead of move, press Shift+F2 in Step 2. 7. If you select a chunk of text with the mouse before Step 4, the block you're pasting will replace that chunk of text. ~~~ Seems there was a women, 75 years old, who became pregnant. Thirty minutes had passed, and another friend asked, "May we see the new baby now?" "No, not yet," said the mother. "Well, when can we see the baby?" "When he cries!" said the aging mum. "Why do we have to wait till he cries?"
