Some believe it was Syrian Christians who first translated the Protocols of the Elders of Zion into Arabic.

Not correct. It was Catholic Christians in Jerusalem in 1926 who first published this text in Arabic.

The Palestinian Christians also presented Churchill with a copy of the protocols in 1923. (See Bat Ye’or Islam and Dhimmitude pp.169, 281).

Also Norman Cohn Warrant for Genocide. The Myth of the Jewish World Conspiracy and the Protocols of the Elders of Zion for the role of the church is dissemination of the Protocols.
