Simone Weil lays out needs of soul which are in paired opposites:
order liberty
obedience responsibility
equality hierarchy
security risk
private property public property
honor punishment
freedom of expression absolute and yet also somehow a freedom from falsehood which not as an opposite really but as beyond the pairs leads to finally the need for Truth which is beyond every other need and opposition.
