Reduce The Size of an Email Attachment

Some email accounts do not allow you to send large attachments.

Compressing most files and folders will reduce them to an acceptable size.

• Go to My Documents. • Right-click the file you want to send. • Select Send To, then Compressed (zipped) Folder. • Or, place multiple files in one folder and repeat the above steps. • Go to New, then Mail Message. Click Insert, File. • Search for the location of the original file and find the folder with the same name with a zipper beside it. Double-click to select it and you’re ready to send.
