Some email accounts do not allow you to send large attachments.
Compressing most files and folders will reduce them to an acceptable size.
Go to My Documents. Right-click the file you want to send. Select Send To, then Compressed (zipped) Folder. Or, place multiple files in one folder and repeat the above steps. Go to New, then Mail Message. Click Insert, File. Search for the location of the original file and find the folder with the same name with a zipper beside it. Double-click to select it and youre ready to send.
