I have so loved reading Eugene Peterson over the years.

This week I’ve picked up /The Jesus Way/ for nighttime reading and for some inspiration for preaching.

Last month I read a chapter on Sabbatical from one of his books that inspired me to plan some good value-adding LSL next year.

Peterson has written my favourite book on pastoral ministry (/The Contemplative Pastor/) and my favourite book on parenting, especially preparing to parent teenagers (/Like Dew Your Youth/), and one of my favourite books on vocation (/Under the Unpredictable Plant/).
