St Teresa taught herself to say at difficult times: 'This too will pass.'

Read this morning of an American poet (anyone know who?), confined to his bed for 20+ years, who wanted to write a poem to the clouds. 'He so faithfully portrayed clouds as he saw them in a mirror that his Sky Poems became a classic.'
