A few years back I picked up a book by Charles H. Kraft, called "Deep Wounds, Deep Healing." l have loaned it to a couple whose daughters were both abused by a church youth leader who had several victims over a long period of time. I can't recall the publisher's name... Kraft introduces with his fury at sitting in church, hearing a half-baked sermon on Phil 3:13-14 which shut down all access to abuse victims, because they should let it all go and press on. He very compactly and readably addresses personal pain, without playing psychological and spiritual aspects against each other. It may throw some light on our ministry when this ugliness appears. God's blessing on all. Noel Mitaxa
