Couple of comments:
1. I’d prefer to say ‘all Christians are ministers, that is all are ordained for ministry. Some are ordained to a ministry of leadership in the Church / pastoral care, word, sacraments etc.’
2. Incredibly few ‘find God for themselves.’ Leaving aside the important question about whether God finds us or vice versa, each of us needs the rest of us to grow in our faith/understanding…
