Conversations With A Calvinist

Dear El Raton de los Datos,

Your self-confessed Calvinistic bias puts you at a serious disadvantage here. Social Justice is, predominantly, a Hebraic concept: the Greek formulations of the Judaeo-Christian faith (we call them creeds) don't mention it ('cos they were put together by Pharisees, ancient and modern)...

Now, some more homework: visit http://jmm.aaa.net.au/articles/9010.htm to look at the Lausanne Covenant. Then do a keyword search on justice on our website. Read particularly the article Was Jesus a Christian? (http://jmm.aaa.net.au/articles/2902.htm ) and the two on Social Justice http://jmm.aaa.net.au/articles/579.htm and http://jmm.aaa.net.au/articles/11538.htm and then report back.

Always be cognizant of the reality that it's possible to be highly intelligent and doctrinally orthodox and yet miss the whole point (see Matthew 23:23, Luke 11:42).
