All work is a process, so the maxim says.

Quality is conformance with what is required.

Measure it and do it,

Measure it right and do it right.

Process mapping, control charts,

Exceeding customer expectations,

We seem to have done it all.

We don't even begin to compare

With your standards of quality, Lord.

Quality of care, quality of thought,

Quality of power, quality of planning.

But I seem to be the flaw on the scene, Lord,

With a defect in product.

You're even doing some thing about that,

With your incredible quality of love.

Thank you, Lord that you've reached out to me

Have accepted me, and are daily correcting the flaws. [1]

My customer delight.
