We have enormously rich resources

In our business team, Lord.

Thinkers, doers, strategists, tacticians,

Project, abstract, finance, and wise people.

I am just one, but am strengthened by the many.

Provided we walk together – in step.

How much more in your family, Lord!

You have spread many gifts among us, [1]

Supplementing our natural talents,

But we need to respect our strengths and differences

To create synergy of purpose.

Our business teams alter year by year,

And change their focus,

But you have a constancy of purpose.

Help me to be part of this,

And to be an effective team member,

Supporting, following, leading, doing.

Your words were “Thy will be done”. [2]

This is active, not passive.
