I have to prepare a report.

It’s one of the more tedious things I have to do.

I’d rather talk than write!

But the system requires it.

I usually tend to delay as long as possible,

Then when I finally start,

it seems to come together faster than I thought.

Do you need a report from me Lord?

“Not in writing, my son,

You need to come to me to talk about it every day. [1]

Remember, I see and hear everything you do and say,

Let’s review the good points

so that together we can maximise their effect.

Lay before me your goofs – I’ll forgive you, [2]

And we can agree a strategy for no repeats.

“Remember, I want a walking, talking relationship with you,

For your whole life,

Especially your business.”
